Rail Op OHL Ltd is dedicated to ensuring that all staff are trained and assessed in all the competencies they hold and kept up to date with changes within the industry. It is a goal of this company to train staff to gain other competencies to develop them into multi skilled staff covering Safety Critical to Supervisory/Linemen duties.
Assessments/training for the OLEC competencies are carried out on a regular basis.
